Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
1. Sponsor. Ridgeline Bike & Ski, 10100 W. Overland Road, Boise, ID 83709, (208) 376-9240 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period. The giveaway begins October 1, 2026 and ends February 15, 2027 at 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries must be received during the Entry Period.
4. How to Enter. Submit the entry form at ridgelinebikenski.com/giveaway with a valid email address (first name optional). Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address; additional entries will be disregarded. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) Armada Sicko snowboard in the size of the winner's choice, subject to availability. Approximate retail value: $599.95. Some sizes may need to be ordered and can take 7–9 business days to arrive. The prize must be picked up in person at Sponsor's store. No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is also offered 25% off accessories purchased at the time of prize pickup. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection & Odds. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about February 15, 2027. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Privacy & Communications. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may use your information to administer the giveaway and to send you a welcome email and occasional emails about products and events. You may unsubscribe at any time. Your information is handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
9. General. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

11. Winner's Name. For the winner's first name and last initial, contact Sponsor at the address above after February 22, 2027.
